Who are We?

Our Mission

Sent From Ebove is an online community with a single mission to connect local people in need with those who can help.  It's really that simple.  Our goal is to touch as many people as possible with acts of generosity that may quite literally change their lives. 

Connecting People Together

There are thousands of caring and generous people in [Southern California] who understand that the act of giving is one of life's greatest pleasures.   They are willing to offer their services, time, clothing, household items, referrals, monetary gifts, or support and guidance to local individuals, families or organizations truly in need. 

Sadly, there are many in our community, both young and old, who are struggling, either emotionally, financially, or both.  We all go through rough times in our lives and just need an outstretched hand to help get us back on our feet.  Maybe someone has lost a job... or a spouse... or is quietly suffering in some other way.   It may be someone you already know.  Often times, it seems the people suffering the most don't know how, or who, to ask for help.

That's why we created Sent From Ebove - to connect caring donors with those in need in our community. Through a free and safe marketplace, neighbors are helping neighbors.  

How the Miracle Works  

To get started, individuals or nonprofits simply post a sincere need or wish, no matter how small or large the request.  If anyone from our growing list of local donors is able to provide assistance or support, their help will be Sent From Ebove. 

All we ask is that those who receive the gift of someone else's generosity make a point to repay the good deed by helping someone else on the list.  In this way, the good will is passed on!

For Donors 

True giving is one of life's greatest pleasures.  Sent From Ebove is a simple online service that privately connects generous donors directly with those who are in need in our community. 

At Sent From Ebove, our goal is to get help to as many people as possible.  We need your charitable support to accomplish our mission. 

How can you help?  There are many ways to participate as a Sent From Ebove donor, and they don't always involve giving money. We all have unique gifts of talent, skills, knowledge, or even just time. 

Just some of needs we hear about in our community include:

Food, bus or gas gift cards

New or used clothing

Household items

Warm blankets

Job guidance or industry connections

Empathy or comforting words

Remember, even the smallest gift can change the life of someone who is in desperate need. 

As a Sent From Ebove donor, you will have the opportunity to give from your heart and personally pick the recipient of your generosity.  You could be the miracle answer to someone's prayers.   You will feel wonderful for giving, and maybe make a new friend or two in the process.  How great is that? 

And when you give, be prepared to receive.  As a way of thanking you for your participation as a Sent From Ebove donor, we offer free advertising for your product or service on our website.   Everyone wins!!

This is a free, safe and private community of people who care and want to help you if they can.

Join our Community

Sent From Ebove is a unique e-community, gathered together to help each other directly through participation and fellowship. 

When you join our community as either a recipient or a donor, you become part of a close network of friends, neighbors, school mates, church parishioners, co-workers, group members, etc., with common interests and a desire to help change lives.   

Our goal is to create a private, supportive online network, where you will feel safe to give as well as to receive, a group Sent From Ebove.    

We are people and communities filled with compassion and resources, and we can help and inspire one another through life's daily struggles.  We are here to care for each other.  WE ARE SENT FROM EBOVE!
