Hi my name is brandy. I'm a single mother of a sick 2 month old daughter. She has to have open heart surgery at vanderbelt hospital nashville. I live on social security disability.I really am in need of gas cards I need around 120.00 in gas cards and money for the expense for food around 100.00 The gas stations here to vanderbelt are(shell,weigels,marathon)so any card for there.Even if you can not give the whole amount for the gas anything will help.We went to her cardiologist today and they are having her surgery within this next week.So I really needed gas to get her their. Also my daughter is in need of side snap(Kimono style) shirt for after surgery(6-9month)Even if you have used ones. Thank you for any help.

My Story My daughter was dianosed with congenital heart defects.(ASD,VSD,ECHOCARDIAL CUSHION DEFECT,AND PULMONARY STENOSIS)I did not find this out till she was 2 weeks old and her doctor heard a murmur and sent us for a echocardiogram.She is on 3 medicines a day and has to take them 2x each. I REALLY could use gas cards for travel expenses They said today 6/23/10 that her surgery will be within the next week. So GAS cards are very urgent.gift cards for special cloths my daughter needs after surgery. I am on social security disability.My mother has a brain tumor and is unable to help do to her condition.Can send proof..Thanks so much for reading my story.
