Again-I am sooooo very grateful to you and feel very blessed that there are people like yourself out there in this crazy mixed up world. Over the weekend we had to call the police dept because of a “disturbance” at my neighbors apartment and it took the police an hour to respond because they were already in the complex with the paramedics, firetruck and 4 units at the building next to ours! So may God bless you a hundred times over for what you are doing for us! Thank you Jim!

Dear Jim, Where to start....First and foremost, let me just say “thank you” and God Bless you for the gifts! The printed card that you sent is a wonderful testament and I’d like to tell you that yes, I do know that verse by heart. I grew up in a good Christian home (lost my way for a little while there) but am on track again and feel I know Jesus much better than I ever did!! I have witnesses many miracles since becoming homeless a year ago! And I consider you answering my wish one of those many miracles!
When I received and opened your package I was amazed at the ingenuity of the gifts and their uniqueness in fulfilling the need for security that I have! We don’t have our car yet...so we do a lot of walking and that peppershot is just the right “pocket” size. The doorstopper is so cool and, well, at first I thought you threw in the salt shaker for “throwing over my shoulder” for luck......hahahaha. Silly me. Then I read your note as well and better understood.
So, thank you again! Please take care and know that I believe in paying it forward!
