My Husband and I would like more than anything to be able to give our children a Christmas. This year we can not do that. The medical expenses and auto gas to go from one doctor to the other and therapies has depleted everything we had. Jessica has been a trouper being here at home helping when she can even tho she is in pain a lot of the time as well. Nathan has been through the mill. He has not been able to attend school for the last 2 years. He suffers a lot being isolated like he is. This year we don't even know if we will be able to furnish a proper Christmas meal let alone a gift under the tree. Even tho they know we can not afford it does not make it better. A gift card to Walmart to purchase a gift would be wonderful.

My Story
I am a mother of 3. Oldest son is 23 and is Proudly serving our Country in Iraq. Middle daughter just turned 18 and has hopes of going to College. Youngest son is 14 and has been gravely ill for the past 2 years. He suffers from a roup of extremely rare conditions Chiari Malformation of the Brain, Ehlers Danlos, Pseudo-tumor Cerebri, Tethered Spinal Cord and Arachnoid cysts. He has had 3 major brain and 4 major spine surgeries in the last year. We have been gone so much and have had toleave our daughter behind due to school. She also suffers from Ehlers Danlos that is very painful at times. My husband works all the hours he can but it still is never enough to cover daily expenses. I love them all.
